When Earth Hour was observed last March 31, I was talking to my two grandchildren, Bryan, 9 and Adgel, 8, answering their question why should earth hour be observed.
Now, yesterday morning, I told them that on April 22 will be the Earth Day. They're surprised. They asked me why?
I didn't answer them directly. Instead, I asked them what they are going to give for the earth's day to make her happy.
Kids Ideas
These wise kids surprised me of their answers. They said they're going to clean the earth by putting the waste to their proper place of disposal. They're going to plant trees and grow them to cover those denuded mountains. They're not going to burn the garbage or waste. Instead, they're going to put them in the compost pit and separate others for recycle.
