Coming together and providing feasible solutions (Day 27)

Schools have their own unique challenges and varying contexts that require attention. Solutions are not the same for all and it is important to allow schools and its personnel to innovate and create solutions. This is the essence of DepEd's School Based Management (SBM). Part of the efforts to push this principle is the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and the School Report Card (SRC). It is an alphabet soup of acronyms but these two are actually a major push for transparency, engagement, and empowerment. These tools help push the process of shared governance.
