Seal of Excellence

Seal of Excellence is a school and teacher incentive program of the Division of La Carlota City in line with its advocacy thrust called LEAP which stands for Leadership, Empowerment, Achievement and Leadership. This is to recognize the School-Based Management (SBM) best practices and outstanding performance of the 24 elementary schools, 1 special education school and 3 high schools of the previous year 2015.

This year's Seal of Excellence, the Balabag Elementary School which is one of the 24 complete elementary schools in the Division, through the concerted efforts and cooperation of its teachers had its improvement and facelifting of its school plant and facilities to make itself ready for this awarding, the school which received the Bronze Seal of Excellence with Php20,000.00 as cash award last 2015, has still maintained the said award.
