Teachers who are encoding their latest enrollment to Learner Information System (LIS) are commonly confronted with difficulty to download a copy of their SF1 () and SF5 due to heavy traffic of teacher-users, weak internet connection or access.
Nevertheless, those forms would be downloaded in due time but you take quite sometime to wait. Anyway, once you download the forms you wanted to have, you will be prompted that "School form has been queued for processing and will be available for download shortly."
"100% Effective... the direction is easy to follow... informative... and user-friendly," told Ms. Norelyn Subion Togueno, a grade one teacher of Sagpangan Elementary School, Division of Palawan after reading and following the steps in this blog.
Mam Norelyn has been a week of working on learner information system of 3 schools which she worked on and found it difficult to download the needed school forms for submission to their district, not counting the inefficient internet connection in their area.
Not until, Mam Norelyn came across with this tutorial posted at the blogger's Facebook page. She opened it and followed the instruction. "Bingo," she commented, "I have downloaded [the forms] 100%." She took the opportunity for the internet access is good.

The Tutorial
Take the following simple steps:
1. Click school form and select a class.
2. Then you will be prompted on what form to download.
3. After you click the form you wanted to download, you see a comment: "School form has been queued for processing and will be available for download shortly..."
4. Check or click school form to view the download status. Then click the "download" (in blue) and the form will automatically be downloading to your computer.
Follow the same above steps for additional forms or other class-section forms would you like to download. Take your time, Have patience.

ReplyDeleteSori masyadong late na ang reply ko. Busy kasi. Di bale reply ko na lang. Hindi pwede maka-edit sa SF5 unless ang enrolment meron pagbabago. Off line na lang kayo mag-edit.

ReplyDeleteBaka technical error? By the way, class adviser ka ba? Kasi kapag wala kang advisorship hindi ka pwede makadownload ng form maliban sa SH kag sa system admin.
Deleteas of the moment di po nagrerespond yung school forms tab .. pinatry ko din sa friend ko na ok yung net connection pero same lang .. di din nagrerespond sa end nia whenever kniclick yung school forms tab. pano po kkay? need ko po sf1 eh, salamat po.

ReplyDeleteDi q po sir madowndload ung mga school forms adviser po aq ng grade 5 everytime kiniclick q ung sf walang lumalbs na selection grade pero ok naman po ung internet connection, actually hndi po aq ung dating adviser nagtransfr po ng skul ung dating adviser aq po ung pinalit so iniisip q bka need approval ung pagpalit sa name q as adviser pero sir nakalagay na po is ung name q at naoopen q naman taka q lng bkt di q madownload ung mga SF po.salamat po
