Anybody Can Beat Tribu RSB?

For more than six years straight, nobody could unseat Tribu RSB (Roberto Salas Benedicto) from the championship position in La Carlota thanksgiving festivities.

In this year 2012 Pasalamat Festival in La Carlota, Tribu RSB still retained the Grand Champion place in a Street Dance Competition as the Best Performing Group  in Over-all Ranking-Best Performing Tribe in Category A with a trophy and cash prize of P30,000.00.

In the elementary school category (B), again Tribu RSB got the Best in Performing Tribe  in Over-all ranking and received a trophy and a cash prize of P 15,000.00.

Congratulations RSB! You deserve it.

I'm sure you've made Congressman Jeffrey P. Ferrer and his wife, Atty. Juliet Marie D. Ferrer, Mayor of La Carlota feel proud and happy for your best performance. I know you can do it again next year 2012.

Category A, other winners:

• Tribu 2, Best Performing Group (Over-all ranking) lst Runner-up. It received a trophy and cash prize of P20,000.00 and
• Tribu 3, 2nd Runner-up, received a trophy and cash prize of P 15,000.00.

Category B:

• Tribu Saot to ( La Carlota South Elementary School-II), Best Performing Tribe (Over-all ranking) lst Runner-up, received a trophy and a cash prize of P10,000.00.
• Tribu Norte of La Carlota North Elementary School, 2nd Runner-up, received a trophy and a cash prize of P7,000.00.

In Rhythm Competition:

Category A:

• Tribu 2, Best in Rhythm Group Champion, received a trophy and a cash prize of P10,000.00.
• Tribu RSB, 1st Runner-up received a trophy and cash prize of P8,000.00.
• Tribu 3. 2nd Runner up received a trophy and cash prize of P 6,000.00.

Category B:

• Tribu RSB Elementary School, Best in Rhythm Group Champion received a trophy and cash prize of P8,000.00.
• Tribu Norte, La Carlota North Elementary School, lst Runner-up received a trophy and cash prize of P6,000.00.
• Tribu Tony of San Miguel Elementary School, 2nd Runner-up received a trophy and cash prize of P4,000.00.

The Best in Float:

• Champion - Tribu Batuan received a cash prize of P10,000.00.
• lst Runner-up - Tribu Tayubo of Barangay Yubo received a cash prize of P8,000.00.
• 2nd Runner-up - Tribu Caloy of Barangay Ara-al received a cash prize of P6,000.00.

The Best in Caricature:

• Champion Tribu Tayubo of Barangay Yubo received a cash prize of P 6,000.00.
• lst Runner-up, Tribu San Miguel received a cash prize of P5,000.00.
• 2nd Runner-up, Tribu Balabag received a cash prize of P4,000.00.

And Special Awards:

• Best in Costume - Tribu Tayubo with cash prize of P8,000.00.
• Best in Arena Dance - Tribu 2 with cash prize of P5,000.00.
• Best in Street Dance - Tribu 3 with cash prize of P5,000.00.
• Best in Choreography - Tribu 2 with cash prize of P3,000.00.
