Mr. Sy meeting with the teacher-examiners |
He addressed this to the respective school room examiners and chief examiners of the Division of La Carlota City, who conducted their 4th and final pre-National Achievement Tests (NAT) this morning as a preparation for the March 2 and 8 NAT for Grades 3 and 6 respectively.
After supervising the conduct of pre-NAT this morning to some selected elementary schools, he called up a special meeting to this effect and he comprehensively discussed this matter to them.
As he'll be leaving for Iloilo tomorrow for a new administrative assignment awaiting for him, he has left this as legacy to every teacher and to every school heads, that pupils shouldn't be neglected nor be left unattended for this is a part of every educator's major task.

He added that focusing on every child will make a great change in the school performance indicators like the participation, the completion rate, the drop-out rate, among others.
On the other hand, Mr. Gil Camporazo, the school principal of Cubay Elementary School along with his 12 teachers would like to thank Mr. Sy for his concern and supervision for their academic performance, school plant, and school facilities which he kept on monitoring regularly. In his latest and last round of evaluation this morning, he had seen the big improvement of the school. And he's honest enough to laud the teachers and the school principal in which the will power of everybody is bolstered to excel more.
He hailed the school for such improvement during the special afternoon meeting of all pre-NAT room examiners and chief examiners called for at the Division conference hall.
My teachers will be missing you, Sir Sy. Good luck to your new home, new assignment, new challenge and new adventure.
Bon Voyage!
Thank you so much. I learned more from La Carlota than you learned from me. What made us better is that we were able to build a relationship with trust, confidence and loyalty which is the foundation of a strong organization. We considered our assignment as fun and enjoyment rather than work and pressure. That made us happier everytime we perform each daily task. LET'S GO, LA CARLOTA! THIS TIME WE WILL BE NUMERO UNO!!!
ReplyDeleteI unanimously agree with you that trust, confidence and loyalty are the essential contributing factors in making a firm and stable foundation of an organization. More power and God bless!
