Why others are happy and why are you not? Why do want to be happy? And how to get it? Do you know that our purpose of living here on earth is to find happiness? The happiness that never ends – eternal happiness. Is it possible? How?
I have come across a phrase that says “man search for happiness”. I have contemplated various factors which could make a man happy. What really comes to my mind is the temporal means of acquiring happiness. For example, if a man wins a million in a lottery, do you think he wouldn’t be happy? A man marries his dream girl, could he wouldn’t be happy?
A temporal for that kind of happiness is ephemeral. It is short lived. It won’t last forever. It won’t be eternal. The happiness should a man have is an eternal one. And how is it possible?
Let’s negate the fact that most of us believe in the Supreme Being, in God. God has laid down His plan of salvation for everyone to gain or have an eternal happiness by aiming for an eternal life.
And the scripture is so expressive about that. It says “for God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son. That whatsoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have an everlasting life.” It is so plain and simple. Let’s hope that we could attain it. Do your part and I will do ours. Let's search for happiness and find it.
