Synergy and talent (Day 31)

Great teams are made of people who have a shared vision and determination to pull through. A team is formed when you harness everyone's strengths and build on it. A team is stronger when people support each other. A team is successful when they collectively focus on the goal.
What do you call a ragtag group of individuals with different skill sets, personalities, and backgrounds working together to achieve common goals? The A Team.

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
